Staff are very friendly, helpful and well mannered. Service is very good, room spacious. Restaurants nearby and walking distance. Mall and Tanjung Lumpur nearby. 10 mins driving to Teluk Cempedak, Dinosaur Encounter and Zoo Teruntum.

It’s a budget hotel. Don’t expect much. Location strategy city centre and to beach. Decent and worth money spent

Cheap, good staff. But got sound sound from other building do some renovation maybe at late night
